Our guests were wondering how we were going to top yesterday, Sir Richard and a flamingo, I was a bit concerned to be honest but I think we did it all the same!
Yesterday afternoon we managed to find a Pusser's store that was open over at Marina Cay, Rich wanted to buy me this nautical dress, I said it would be better on him as a moo moo!
He seemed quite happy with it! He also made friends with the wildlife there, they were feeling a bit neglected I think as no one is around to give them any love!
The Island was still beautiful and just for my mum and Kerrys mum, I got you some flowers!
After a snorkel at Monkey Point this morning it was on towards Jost, we got in the middle of a few squalls along the way, just for a bit of excitement and we all got rather wet, as we were soggy anyways, we headed to the Bubbly pools, they weren't huge but I think they were more than sufficient, lots of wildlife along the way too, lots of termite mounds
Goats
The pools
We caught a fabulous tuna
and Rich found more wild life, a cute starfish
or the killer chest sucking starfish! Looks more like a medallion!

Lisa here, quite a few pictures so I thought I would put up a quick blog entry, it has been an exciting few days, we had Richie up the mast yesterday
This was at the Baths, which was just about abandoned, I love it when it's this quiet
Today, we went for a tour around Necker Island to have a look at what was happening over there, as beautiful as always, but no signs of Sir Richard
Heres Promenade with an ominous looking sky behind her
The little sandy spit there was awash, you can just see the plastic palm trees a foot deep in water!
We had a look around Deep Bay and headed on into North Sound past Saba Rock (which is also now closed for the month) and what should we spot, but a flamingo on the shore, no pictures I am afraid, my camera doesn't have a good enough zoom! How exciting, it was with the St Marys group that we saw one last time!
On to Leverick so Nancy can go do some shopping, the place was deserted
and most of it all closed up, even Pussers was closed!
The dive shop was open and try as she might there was just nothing she wanted to buy!!!! I managed to find a few bits!
We did manage to amuse ourselves however
It was time for a snorkel, so on to Mountain Point, we got our snorkelers in the water to then be invaded with boats, the boats turned out to be Sir Richards though and he was there too, we guessed they were English by the amount of white skin and sunburn!
So we saw Sir Richard Branson, here he is, Michael and Nancy of Smith and Barney, Dan wants you to know that he is just working on getting a new client for you, with the lifestyles of the rich and famous here (or perhaps just wanting some stock tips! Like, don't buy an airline right now....wind power rules!)

It's that time of year again, I don't know where the time has gone, but it is our last charter of the season and we get old friends on the charter to boot, what more can you ask for! You will also notice that me and Kerry have blogged, we are trying to keep you up to date Bob, we wish you were here and of course the rest of our St Marys group!!
Well we woke up to pouring rain again! Never a good start to a charter, but by noon when we picked the group up it had stopped and we have managed to avoid any further rain all day!
We headed over to Salt Island for the afternoon, we had a great sail there and a great snorkel once we got there, Kerry was gone for hours, I think she is happy to be home and back in the water!
The girls were escorted by Richie for some sea glass collection and Richie got a bit arty with the camera
We had cocktails watching the sunset, it was quite a dramatic sky with all the cloud around, they have had their first night dinner which Kerry has the pictures for and they are relaxing and rum sampling as I type, its a hard life!

I am not one to normally complain about the heat, I wear slippers in the galley in winter as the floor is too cold!! But it is HOT! I have sweat dripping on my sweat! Don't even ask how poor Richie is holding up, he looks like he has just come out the shower!! To top that off the air conditioning in the Captains cabin is on the blink, I don't know what poor Kerry is going to do when she gets here.
So other than heat, what else is happening? We are in our City spot at the moment (yes thats our mooring in Road Town) and you can see the sea bed, doesn't happen often even though it is only a few feet deep! We had to go and sort the little dingy mooring out yesterday, when we were heading to St Thomas Rich went to put the dingy back, the rope holding the fender to the top of the chain snapped, Rich got the fender in the eye! So little dingy went for a trip, so any how, I selflessly went diving for the chain for Richie yesterday, it was beautiful down there, lots of fish, big hermit crabs, I wish I had my camera!
We also had a visit yeterday
This is in fact B! A deck hand for 2 minutes and he is off Captaining his own boat!! My advise was don't hit anything!!
Been getting the boat ready for last charter and ready for its well deserved break for a few months, she is looking nice.
Something we haven't seen for months
It is so flat and still today you could wake board across the channel! Might be an idea to cool down!

I have been a bit quiet down here in the BVI, still here, but been a bit busy and I always complain about internet in St Thomas, so there are my excuses!! Internet was interesting this time though, we did pick it up after 10pm and before 9am!! Go figure.
St Thomas was hot and sticky, it was the time of year when you could see the 20 foot down through the water and see the bottom though and we got to see our turtle, when we first came on the boat 3 summers ago, we spent a few weeks in St Thomas and fixing the trampoline, we would see a big old turtle every few hours, we still see him sometimes when we anchor in the same spot and he was there last weekend too, as it was so clear we got a good look at him!
Back in the BVI now, meeting up with our elusive deck hand (yes thats Mr B) tonight, he is off vacationing with his cousin and a friend, I guess I will find out what mischief he has been up to!!
Trying to sort the boat out ready for the imminent arrival of Kerry and Bazza, so I had better go do something!
