We made our way over to the back side of Ginger to dive this morning, but were thwarted everywhere we turned! Cuan Law was anchored in about the calmest spot and we could not get at the mooring ball so we went to the other mooring ball...only to have Dive BVI RACE in front of us to pick it up! Knowing they could beat our speed hands down. Way to play nice guys! We looked at the other balls, but we were just right in the swell, so we went over to Dry Rocks East on Cooper Island, which was marginal but doable..How marginal? Well when we pulled up the boat went one way and Jennifer went the other straight in the water! However. she was smart enough to plug her nose as she went over! I wish I would have caught that!!

I went down to check the current first, and it was not bad. The only bad part was getting back on the boat afterwards in the surge! There are always lots of schools of Horse Eyed jacks here, so here are a few random pictures of the fish... Water, still green, but looking better, looking better!

Some black coral...

I also saw a Nurse Shark, but no picture of it!

A nice file fish...

Not sure who this is hovering in the distance looked very assured!

We dove Alices Back door then on Ginger, and made our way to the Baths for a bit of shore duty, before going for a lovely sail up to Mountain Point. The guests really enjoyed the sail, and we had wind but no seas going up Virgin Gorda...

After a late after dive on Mountain Point it was shower time... (sorry Janice! You just always seem to be in the right place for pictures!)

A picture of yours truly smiling for the camera... That is probably because I finished all the dinner prep work and could sit and enjoy a drink with the guests! B could not wait for cocktail hour either, as apparently, when you go cold turkey on caffeine, alcohol helps! Don't I know it!!

We had conch fritters for appetizers..

And we were toasting something, not sure what but I imagine our newly certified divers!

Some loved the fritters...

And from this face maybe some did not love them!

Ah well, pasta for dinner and we were out there trying our luck at fishing after dinner. Not sure why we think it would be any better then it has been the last few weeks though! It started pouring and that was the end of that! We were not sitting out there getting wet!
